Q: What type of photo do I have to use?
A: We can accept photographs from webcams or digital cameras .For emailed images the photos can be any size. If you would like prints of your images we recommend the following resolution guidelines...
· For a 4 x 6" print, the image resolution should be 640 x 480 pixels minimum
· For a 5 x 7" print, the image resolution should be 1024 x 768 pixels minimum
· For an 8 x 10" print, the image resolution should be 1536 x 1024 pixels minimum
· For a 16 x 20" print, the image resolution should be 1600 x 1200 pixels minimum
· For a 20 x 30" print, the image resolution should be 1600 x 1200 pixels minimum
· For a Wallet-size print, the image resolution should be 320 x 240 pixels minimum

Q: I don’t have any type of digital images, can you scan a regular photograph?
A: No, unfortunately at this time we can only accept digital images.
Q: I am interested in a professional print of an image that you developed for me, can you do that?
A: Yes, are pleased to partner with Kodak to provide hard copy, high quality images suitable for framing and display.
Q: What sizes can I order?
A: We don’t recommend prints larger then 8X10. If you would like larger prints, we can work with you to make sure that the original photo is high enough resolution to support the size print desired.
Q: Are there any images or subjects that are unacceptable?
A: We reserve the right to reject any photo for whatever reason.
